Welcome to Our Condo in Breckenridge!

Once you arrive, please let us know if there is anything unsatisfactory, broken, missing, etc. within the first 24 hours. We want to provide you with the items you need and also want to know about anything that may need repair or replacement for you.

Keys:

You likely used your phone-based room key for entry to the condo.  This same phone-based key works for the elevators, pools and fitness area.  You can share your phone-based room key with others in your party as well.  (They can download the app and enter the reservation number + last name.  With your approval via email confirmation they will have a key as well.)

We strongly suggest using only the phone-based room keys.  However, if a member of your party doesn’t have a phone or needs another option we offer an extra guest keycard as well.  That should be found on the kitchen counter.  The keycard MUST be activated using the phone app before use.  Please leave it on the kitchen counter at departure.
