The property includes king king-size bed and bunk beds (teenager favorites) in the hallway. Live streaming TVs in the den and bedroom along with Hulu and Netflix subscriptions.

We provide everything you need in the condo, but nothing you might want outside the condos. Thus, you should have all the linens, towels, and kitchen utensils you may want, but we DO NOT provide beach setups, beach towels, or bikes.

Beach setups are available at Dillon’s Beach Service, which has an exclusive contract with the building. If you rather bring your own umbrellas, no problem! Inexpensive chairs/umbrellas are available in every grocery store, convenience store, and gas station in the area.

You can rent bikes and have them delivered to the condo - even when you aren’t there. There are lots of great outfitters and they all offer quality service and similar prices. We use 30a Bike Rentals, but more out of habit than conviction.

Outfitters for deep sea fishing, diving, kayaks, parasailing, and other adventures are available in Panama City Beach and Destin. For Deep-Sea fishing or sunset cruising, we often recommend Captain Anderson. More serious anglers may want a bit more research.
